Research & Scholarly Activities

Faculty and physician residents in Baton Rouge General’s Medical Education programs actively participate in research and scholarly activities that work to advance the practice of medicine. We are collaborating with researchers from LSU Health Sciences Center-Baton Rouge, Tulane School of Medicine and the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in a variety of research studies. In addition, our residents and faculty present research activities at national and regional conferences as well as publishing research and case studies in peer review journals.
